"Tota Pulchra Es Maria" honestly speaking I didn't know what the qoute means all I know is this is a shrine of Virgin Mary located at Baguio City, Philippines. Before you see it you have to climb stairs I think about 250 steps. It is most visited by its devotee and tourists that visited Baguio City for vacation.
